All items are handmade and made to order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping service. Delivery timeframes apply after your order has been made.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not accept general returns or refunds.

However, if you experience an issue with sizing, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a sizing return, please contact us within 14 days by either:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The size you ordered

  • A brief description of the sizing issue

All return requests must be approved before an item is sent back.

Important information

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to accept returns for reasons other than sizing.
